1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any service provided by cj444 ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and cj444. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

cj444 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We strongly recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it regularly.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the cj444 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3. Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

Each person may only hold one account on the cj444 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Any false or misleading information provided during the registration process may lead to the immediate termination of your account without refund of any balance held.

KYC Verification Process

cj444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with best-practice standards for online gaming platforms. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before your account can be fully verified and withdrawals processed:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended pending completion of verification.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the cj444 account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• cj444 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. In some cases, additional security checks may extend this timeframe. We will communicate any delays to you promptly.

5. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

cj444 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus must be wagered twenty times).
• Bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period. Expired bonuses cannot be credited retroactively under any circumstances.
• cj444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Any player found to be exploiting a bonus or engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus revoked and may face account suspension.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of cj444.

The cj444 brand name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of cj444 and may not be used in connection with any other product or service without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our trademarks may constitute an infringement and will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

cj444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the cj444 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
